OLOW's artist series sees a carefully selected handful of artists to collaborate on a range of garments that showcase a common theme through the lens of different creatives. The Damier tee features artwork from a self-taught artist, Jim Kylam, a creative who composes a graphic universe made up of symbols and ideograms that confront, entangle, and respond to each other. On paper as well as on skin, on canvas as well as on wood, the artist arranges stories and allegories that it is up to everyone to appropriate and interpret.
