If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Modern Draper you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of purchase in-store or 14 days of receipt of your on-line order and the item is as new and in the original packaging with all the original swing tags and price labels attached.
We regret that we are unable to return or exchange underwear.
We regret that we are unable to return or exchange any grooming products where the original packaging has been removed or tampered with.
Please note that if footwear is returned, shipping labels must not be attached to the shoe box or we will be unable to accept this for a refund or exchange. Footwear must be double boxed - so returned in the original shoe box placed within a second box (which may be the original packaging).
We retain the right to inspect any faulty items. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods.
We will consider refunds for any items returned to us within 14 days of receipt and we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any product.

On-line orders that are returned for an exchange will have the replacement item(s) sent free of charge (UK orders only).
In the case of on-line items returned solely for a refund, The Modern Draper reserve the right to deduct the cost of standard delivery charges (currently £5.00) from the refund amount where a promotional free delivery offer has been applied.
Non-UK orders that are returned for an exchange will be subject to a further shipping charge.
