The Admiralty Shirt is an ideal travel companion, the cotton shirt is hard wearing whilst always looking good.
Taking inspiration from the traditional Grandfather collar shirt - originally worn by workers, farmers and factory hands during the 1920's and 30's. The story goes that since these trades didn’t wear a tie for fear of it getting stuck in the machinery, as a result they adopted a shirt with a simple band collar. The original Admiralty Shirt features in the Yarmouth Oilskins 1930s catalogue "as supplied to H.M. Government".
