Sundek

Sundek of California is a swimwear brand which was founded in the early 40's in San Francisco.
In 1958, Sundek created a line of shorts especially designed for surfers. In the 60's the brand developed innovative solutions like the Velcro fly instead of a zip and colourful prints.
In 1972, Sundek invented the rainbow boardshort which became an icon for surfers. The rainbow family is characterised by two-ply quick-drying nylon and triple stitching which guarantees durability over time. With its highly recognisable rainbow on the back, this surfshort has now become a classic.
